3 UK is launching its 3Turbo high-speed 3G HSDPA service on 3 September, giving customers ultra-fast mobile broadband on a selection of HSDPA-enabled mobile phone handsets. The company is also releasing a new USB modem for laptops.

3 is also introducing new data tarrifs - Mobile Broadband Light, which offers 1GB of data usage for £10 a month,; Mobile Broadband Plus allows 3GB of data usage for £15 a month; and Mobile Broadband Max, gives 7GB of data usage for £25 per month.

The deals offer unrestricted access to online services such as VoIP and all three are available for USB modem users.

3’s HSDPA-enabled 3G network will provide maximum data download speeds of up to 3.6Mbps.
