Azzurri Communications, a managed services provider, has earned five Catalist accreditations from the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) as part of the Telecom Networks Framework initiative.
Launched earlier this month, the framework covers the purchase of 12 types of communications technology including voice calls and lines, point to point circuits, infrastructure and connectivity, wireless data, and ISP services.
Azzuri has received accreditation in the areas of Infrastructure and Connectivity, Network Analysis and Billing Audit Services, Networking Equipment, Voice Calls and Lines, and Third Party Maintenance. Each of the accreditations will be valid for a period of four years.
According to Jason Standerwick, sales and marketing director at Azzurri, "This is a rigorous process of assessment into all aspects of Azzurri’s business credentials, evaluated in areas critical to the public sector such as environmental compliance, security and our pricing mechanisms. Our experience of working closely with public sector customers certainly assisted in submitting a successful application for these accreditations and we are delighted to be recognised as a leading provider in this space.”
