2007 profits of NT$4 billion for Compal

Compal Communications have reported 2007 after-tax profits of NT$3.96 billion (US$127.3 million) on revenues of NT$48.74 billion. This is equivalent to NT$7.05 per share.
The company will be giving out dividends of $4.5 per share, made up of NT$4 in cash and NT$0.5 in shares. Employees of Compal will receive between them a total 2007 bonus of NT$69.8 million and 18 million shares.
After bonuses and dividends have been distributed, the company’s paid in capital will total NT$6.13 billion. This is compared to the current paid in capital of NT$5.67 billion.
