High Wycombe-based WIN Plc has secured a deal to provide a managed mobile intranet service to Vodafone Retail.
The service will connect retail teams in 346 stores with Vodafone’s headquarters.
Via their handsets, customer facing staff will have access to news and information on Vodafone’s mobile intranet, ensuring they are always up to date with developments.
The service facilitates communication via a range of formats, including video and SMS.
The intranet site will be designed and built by WIN to Vodafone Retail’s specifications, and should help to significantly improve communication between the company’s headquarters and stores.
