Arris has announced details of its interoperability tests with advertising companies including Atlas, INVIDI and RGB Networks, which were designed to increase the progress of the SCTE 130 (DVS 629) interfaces.
The creation of the SCTE 130 shows the ever and ongoing development advertising is seeing, and the development of technologies for operators to create a wider range of revenue streams.
With the ARRIS Unified Video Platform and SkyVision Digital Program Insertion program now working together, operators can deliver highly targeted advertising, screening certain subscribers by demographic, locality and time of day.
