PageOne launches MoodleMobile plug-in

PageOne, a provider of wireless messaging solutions to the public and enterprise sectors, has launched MoodleMobile, an open source module which allows Moodle Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) users to use its JANET txt messaging service.
PageOne developed MoodleMobile with Kidderminster College.
Users can send and receive text messages directly within Moodle, using JANET txt, a low cost SMS messaging services provided by PageOne on behalf of education and research network, JANET (UK).
Education workers can download the new MoodleMobile plug-in on PageOne’s website.
PageOne systems are powered by the Oventus platform which seamlessly integrates mobile messaging across different networks and technologies.
